    What does non-best/off-shade/reject mean?

    What time will my bricks get delivered?

    A, we cannot guarantee specific times for delivery. Our hauliers deliver anytime from 8am to 6pm; we recommend that you order your bricks so that they are on site at least the day before your brick layers arrive.

    Can I return the pallets?

    A, our pallets are non-returnable; our hauliers are not able to take them back.

    What is the minimum quantity I can order?

    A, we do not have a minimum order quantity on bricks that we have in stock if you would like less than a full pack please call us on 08443350601 to obtain a quote.

    Can I pay cash on delivery?

    A, we always require secure payment in full before goods are despatched.

    How will my bricks be delivered?

    A, please refer to the delivery section on our site www.huwsgray.co.uk/bricks/delivery

    Can I return my bricks if I do not like them?

    A, you can return your goods for a full refund but delivery and collection fees our non-refundable and will have to be paid for by yourself. But if you are un sure about the bricks you are ordering please email or call us to discuss beforehand.

    Can I pay extra for a crane off load delivery?

    A, we can only provide a crane off load wagon for delivery’s local to a Huws Gray depot (outside this area it will be a tail lift off load wagon for less than 10 packs) if your order is 10 packs or more outside of a Huws Gray local catchment area this will be a crane off load artic wagon delivery, please ring us on 08448610601 or email to discuss your specific requirements.

    If I’m not in a hurry for my bricks will I get a cheaper or free delivery?

    A, this is not possible as we send the bricks out on a pallet networks delivery system which means that get delivered on multi drop wagons not just to our customers, so we are charged per pallet not per delivery.

    Can I get my bricks delivered on a weekend?

    A, at this moment in time we only offer delivery’s on weekday excluding public and bank holidays.

    How can I get samples of bricks?

    A, for the majority of bricks that are made we can sample these F.O.C but discontinued bricks or offer bricks we have to charge a small postage fee of £15.00 including vat and for this we can fit 6 bricks in a box so you could have 6 samples of the same brick or 6 different samples and so on the choice is yours if you would like to do this please call us on 08443350601 where we will be happy to help you.

    If my bricks are damaged?

    A, when ordering your bricks we recommend you allow for 5% natural wastage on all bricks. This allows for damages during transportation and cutting of bricks on site, unfortunately we are not able to take wastage away that would be your responsibility.

    What happens if I order the wrong bricks by mistake and want to exchange them?

    A, this is ok to do these things happen but the delivery and collection fees will have to be paid for by yourself, however if you discuss your requirements with us at the time of ordering, our experts will be able to guide you and help you order the correct goods.
