JG Speedfit offer a range of flexible plastic pipe in a variety of coils, straights, lengths and sizes.
JG Layflat Pipe
Suitable for central heating systems, JG Layflat Pipe is perfect for long pipe runs as it keeps straight and ‘lays flat’ thanks to its extra flexible polybutylene material. This easy to handle pipe, removes the issue of the pipe retaining its memory and trying to coil back up.
JG Layflat’s ultra-flexible material allows greater control and ease of movement, making it simple for a single person to cable pipe through joists and tight spaces; cutting the number of joints or fittings needed and therefore reducing the risk of leaks.
It’s also the best pipe to use when installing underfloor heating as it flexibly turns around edges as it creates pipe circuits, helping speed up the pipe laying process even in the smallest and most awkward of spaces.
Pipe coils are available in a range of lengths and 10, 15, 22 and 28mm diameter sizes.
PEX Barrier Pipe
Speedfit PEX Barrier Pipe is made up of 5 layers, the central blue coloured layer is an oxygen barrier which prevents the ingress of air into the system, reducing the effect of corrosion on metal components.
Due to its low thermal conductivity, when carrying hot water, Speedfit PEX Barrier Pipe is cooler and therefore safer to touch. Relatively low heat loss means that a system retains its heat longer and delivers hot water more quickly and with less heat loss than traditional metal systems.
Suitable for central heating, the pipe is available in coils and straight lengths, as well as 10, 15 and 22 and 28mm diameter sizes.
Conduit Pipe
Speedfit’s Conduit Pipe provides a cover and blanket for when Speedfit PEX or Polybutylene pipe are installed in concrete or masonry. Available in red, blue or black for easy identification of service type, Speedfit’s Conduit Pipe is available in a range of lengths and 15 and 22mm diameter sizes.
