Velux GGL MK06 White-Painted Centre Pivot Window - 780mm x 1180mm

The new standard for Velux roof windows. This centre pivot roof window is constructed with a pine frame, which has been sanded down and painted white. The process includes a triple lacquer finish prior to assembly, so white edges appear seamless and give as small as possible visability at the join. For safety reasons this Velux window will have a laminated inner glass pane as standard, allowing the window to be positioned high above living spaces without the danger of falling glass shards.

GGL 2070 Glazing - Stadard Greater Security

Previously an optional extra for Velus roof windows, now a standard as of 2016. The greater security glazing is a double glazed window, with a toughened outer pane and laminated inner pane. The laminated inner pane ensures that if the window does shatter, the glass will not break away from the window itself. The inner lamination also acts as another layer or protection as well as sound reduction.
