NSC14PRO automatic water softener has a one-piece design. Like the other Tapworks domestic water softeners its operation is based on the proportional volumetric regeneration.‚ A domestic water softener protects pipes, boilers and appliances that use water such as washing machines, dishwashers and coffee machines.

All of the Tapworks NSC range come with an in tank light as standard, making salt refills easy. A Tapworks water softener extracts the hard minerals from the water in your home, which means you experience truly softened water. Tapworks clever technology means you always have soft water on demand.

Key features

The NSC14PRO water softener is simple to commission and requires NO specialist work. In fact, to start the unit you only need to set two parameters - time and hardness. The salt cabinet is made of polyethylene to prevent it from deforming when full unlike inferior products widely available on the market

Units are supplied with a high flow and performance by-pass valve and hoses in the box; making Tapworks units easy to assemble and install. Each unit comes with a mixer to adjust the hardness and safety float in the salt cabinet to avoid unwanted spillages. During normal operation the salt cabinet remains dry and the user can continue to use softened water during the first phase of regeneration ‚ standard with Tapworks water softeners

Tapworks softeners come equipped with advanced electronics as standard and at no additional cost. Maintaining statistical and programming data even in the event of a blackout. On the backlit LCD display you can view usage data such as hardness, time, remaining exchange capacity, water softened from the previous regeneration as well as average water consumption in the last 7 days. Tapworks offer this level of controls and access as standard

The intelligent controller can perform an electrical self-diagnosis, keeping track of the days of operation, total number of regenerations carried out, while checking the turbine and switches are working efficiently
