Click & Collect

We offer a free click and collect service across our network of branches regardless of the type of account you hold with us. Once you have placed a click and collect order we will contact you within one working day to arrange collection using the contact details provided during checkout.

When collecting your order visit the Sales counter in your selected branch. Please ensure you have a copy of your order confirmation and a valid form of ID (for example driving licence, passport, debit or credit card or a work photo ID card).

Local Delivery

Our local delivery service is direct from branch. To identify your local branch please use our branch finder page.

For online orders over £100 ex VAT (£120 inc VAT) local delivery is free, however for online orders below this we charge £8.33 ex VAT (£10 inc VAT).

We will contact you within one working day to arrange your delivery using the contact details provided during checkout. Please ensure we are made aware of any restrictions around large vehicle access or parking.

Approved Supplier Deliveries

To give our customers even greater choice, some of our products are delivered directly to you by one of our suppliers. Delivery costs for these products can sometimes vary from our standard rates but these will be clearly displayed on the product page or checkout before you complete your purchase.

Additionally, lead times can vary on a supplier-by-supplier basis. Please contact your local branch for further information.

Please note, returns on items fulfilled directly from our suppliers may incur a restocking fee.

How do I cancel, change my order or request a refund?

If you need to cancel your order, make a change to an order you have placed or are requesting a refund please contact your local branch.

How do I return an item?

What is 'Local Delivery' and where do you deliver to?

Local delivery is determined by your nearest Huws Gray branch. When you enter your postcode on our website, we'll identify your local branch and display available stock. Please note that delivery areas and stock levels vary by branch. 

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

If you haven't received your full order within 7 working days and haven't been notified about a delay, please contact the branch where you placed your order immediately. You can find their contact details on your order confirmation. We'll investigate the issue and keep you updated.

My order has been damaged in transit. What should I do?

If you find that some or all of your order has been delivered damaged, please contact your local branch immediately so we can help resolve the issue.

If you require further support, please contact our online customer service team with your order number and details so we can investigate the matter further.

Will you take pallets back?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returned pallets. Please dispose of them in an environmentally safe manner, alternatively contact your local Council for more information.

Where will you unload my goods?

Your order will be delivered to the nearest accessible point at the address provided during checkout. We'll unload your items to the nearest flat kerbside. Please note, our drivers cannot assist with bringing goods into your property.

For deliveries to building sites, we'll do our best to reach the desired location, but access may be limited due to vehicle size.
