Everbuild Everflex 450 Premium+ Builders Silicone Sealant is a premium quality, low modulus, non-corrosive neutral cure silicone sealant that adheres to virtually all substrates, both porous and non-porous. Everflex 450 Premium+ sealant is high resistance to plasticiser migration, enabling it to be used over water based and solvent based paints. Everbuild Everflex 450 Premium+ Builders Silicone Sealant has excellent external weathering properties meaning it will be ideal for a variety of application including perimeter pointing internally and externally around PVCu/wood and all other window frames, sealing and as an adhesive onto PVCu and plastic trims, weather sealing and joint sealing to pre-formed panels, general glazing sealing and draughtproofing, glass to glass and glass to aluminium sealing and much more.
