Flexible Flue Top Clamp 125mm

Used in conjunction with the top plate and top insert sleeve, this will support the weight of the liner at the top of the stack

Application: Used in conjunction with the top plate and top insert sleeve, this will support the weight of the liner at the top of the stack.

Installation:

• Place the top plate over the dhimney recess at the top of the stack. The flue liner should patrude through the top plate hole approximatley 100mm
• Insert the top insert sleeve into the flue liner. Now place the top clamp over the flue liner and tighten the nuts and bolts until the flue liner is secure against the top insert sleeve.
• Now apply a suitable acid resistant cement as a seal and weather proof render
• While this cement is still wet secure the chimney pot to this cement.

Maintenance: It is recommended that chimneys serving solid fuel appliances be swept and maintained as frequently as necessary but at least once a year.
