Palio Core

Modena features the bleached blonde and frosted honey tones of North American oak, enhanced with a light finish to highlight the warm natural colouring. Laid in an on-trend herringbone pattern, the smaller (596mm x 149mm) planks emphasize the wide grain detailing. Modena is also available in a (1220mm x 179mm) full length plank design.

Palio Core is designed for quick and easy installation over uneven sub-floors. Using a familiar patented click-locking system combined with a rigid core LVT construction, Palio Core allows you to create an authentic, luxurious feel in no time at all, even when installing over existing floors such as ceramic tiles or wooden planks.

With a pre-attached acoustic foam backing, Palio Core reduces noise transfer to rooms below by 19dB, making it perfect for installing in multi-level properties.

The collection includes desirable herringbone planks, marble and travertine stone designs to choose from with each design available with a 100% colour matched scotia to ensure a seamless finish. A preferred alternative to laminate flooring that delivers an unbeatable floor finish.
